The National Urban League will convene in Washington, D.C., from May 14–16, 2025, for the Empowerment Summit—our premier policy event. This gathering brings together members of Congress, state leaders, and community advocates from across the country for over 20 years. During the conference, various leaders, organizers, and partners will discuss the persistent policy issues impacting Black Americans and other historically underrepresented communities.

The National Urban League Conference is a pivotal platform where policymakers, thought leaders, social influencers, and entrepreneurs converge, offering invaluable opportunities for networking, idea exchange, and strategic discussions in the ongoing pursuit of justice.
